Countdown Timer

The Countdown timer is designed to create a sense of urgency and encourage immediate action by showing customers that a deal or their cart selection is available for a limited time.

Configuration Settings

Customize the messaging and timing to match your promotional needs:

• Content: Use the rich text editor to craft your urgency message. Use the [timer] placeholder to dynamically display the remaining time (e.g., "These products are limited, checkout within [timer]").

• Expired content: Define the message displayed once the timer reaches zero (e.g., "⏰ Deal expired!").

• Text size & Alignment: Adjust the font size (e.g., SM) and position the text (Left, Center, or Right) for better visibility.

• Duration: Set the countdown length in minutes using the slider (e.g., 10 minutes).

• Action ends: Choose the timer's behavior after it expires, such as Repeat to restart the countdown automatically.

Visual Customization

• Background color: Select a prominent background color (e.g., deep maroon #9E0646) to grab the customer's attention.

• Text color: Choose a high-contrast color (e.g., #FFFFFF) for clear readability.

How it Works

When enabled in the Main group settings, the countdown timer bar appears prominently at the top of the cart drawer. It provides a real-time visual cue that drives conversions by highlighting limited-time availability.
